Financing of our Engagements

Prof. Nemetschek has granted the Nemetschek Innovation Foundation a substantial block of shares. The foundation finances its commitments in the long term from dividends.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees determines the strategy of the Foundation and controls the Board of Directors. The Board of Trustees currently consists of five persons.

Prof. Nemetschek is the chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Executive Board

The Board of Directors implements the strategy of the Board of Trustees, is responsible for the management of the Foundation and represents the Foundation externally.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Söffing is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rüdiger Herzog is the Vice-Chairman.
