Collection and processing of personal data
The Nemetschek Innovationsstiftung collects your access data by default when you visit our website. This includes, for example, the web pages that you click on with us, as well as the date and duration of the visit.
This data is used to design and optimise the information and services offered by the Nemetschek Innovationsstiftung in line with requirements. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Data processing and transmission are carried out using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure.

YouTube (enhanced privacy mode)
We use services of YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave, 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a Google Inc. company, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on our website. When you access a page in which a YouTube video is embedded, a connection is normally established to the YouTube servers and, in doing so, the content is displayed on the website by communicating it to your browser. By using our consent management tool (Cookiebot), this is prevented if you have not consented to the data processing with regard to YouTube. Thus, due to the integration of YouTube, no data is transferred without your consent.
Here, we also use the option of extended data protection provided by YouTube to protect your personal data. According to the information provided by YouTube, however, data is only transmitted to the YouTube server in “extended data protection mode” when you actively start the video. If you are logged in to YouTube at this time, the information about the videos you have viewed will be assigned to your member account with YouTube. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.
