How do we want to inspire?

• We collect problems from the practice of analysing, designing, constructing and operating buildings that need to be solved in order to make building easier and more sustainable.
• We encourage scientists to take on the problems from the field and find solutions for them.
• We bring together media, scientists and practitioners to learn from each other and make scientific knowledge accessible to stakeholders.

How are we inspired?

• We don’t just support scientific research with our funding, we also learn about the challenges scientists in our field are trying to overcome.
• We follow start-ups in our field around the world and analyse what they are working on and what practical problems they are trying to solve.
• We attend expert circles, lectures, symposia and working groups on our topics. Out of these contacts we build an ecosystem full of experts for our mission.
